Returns & Exchanges

  • Product is received in a damaged or defective condition

  • Issue must be reported within 2–3 days of delivery

  • Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with all accessories intact

  • Once approved, replacement products will be dispatched within 2–3 business days


Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for verified damaged or defective products:

  • Refund is processed after the returned product is received and inspected

  • Refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days

  • Time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your payment method or bank


What Is Not Covered

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been used, opened, or altered

  • Damage caused due to mishandling after delivery

  • Return request raised after 7 days of delivery

  • Requests for reasons other than manufacturing defects or transit damage
